A Hello from Daria! Inspirational Keynote Speaker
“Hello, I’m Dr. Daria Gołębiowska-Tataj and I am an Inspirational Keynote Speaker. My personal mission is to make Europe more entrepreneurial. I work with companies, governments and cities. Network Thinking is a methodology I developed based on my research on network-based growth models in 30+ countries.
I’m honored to be a World Economic Forum digital Leader. From 2017 to 2019, I chair RISE, the only permanent high-level group advising directly Carlos Moedas, the former European Commissioner for Research, Science & Innovation, and his Cabinet.
The Work I Do & Who I Help
With my team at Tataj Innovation, we work within two critical areas: we help companies build high-performance communities and smart city ecosystems. We want thousands of people to use our Network Thinking Power Map, and create a portfolio of services to help our clients attract talent and grow business through ecosystem innovation.
I also provide boardroom and minister or city mayor-level advice. Through books, keynotes and media I reach 30.000+ decision makers around the world.
I was born in Poland and I am very proud of our transformation. It felt empowering to be featured by FORTUNE as one of 17 emerging global women business leaders. Setting up the EIT as Europe’s MIT, shaping Davos agenda and, most recently, setting up Tataj Innovation in Barcelona, were my most fascinating professional challenges. What I consider my real success today is, with my husband, our three daughters with their dreams and ambitions.
Daria is a businesswoman and an entrepreneur (Inspirational Keynote Speaker). Her first steps in family business taught her responsibility and a careful risk taking. Working as an investment banker and venture capitalist taught Daria to negotiate deals and scout markets for tech deals and exit opportunities. Restructuring one of the largest banking institutions in Poland immersed her in large-scale change and talent development.
Now Daria runs her own start-up company in Barcelona. Tataj Innovation was set up to commercialize her research on new growth in the digital economy. Tataj Innovation empowers entrepreneurs through Network Thinking, a methodology based on 15+ years of Daria’s research done in collaboration with Prof. Manuel Castells.
