Dr. Tataj helps leaders innovate better together across the silos of business sectors and academic disciplines. She helps companies inspire futures and think ‚disruptive innovation’. She works with them to design new innovation strategies, build novel adjacencies, and make innovation the job of the entire organization. She also works with governments how to build entrepreneurial ecosystems and especially how to accelerate the education system to better prepare students for the job market.

Dr. Tataj is a former Board member of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), Dekaban Fellow at the Univeristy of Michigan, and an alumna of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council. Currently, she serves an advisor to Mr. Carlos Moedas, EU Commissioner for Research and Innovation.

In her book: Innovation and Entrepreneurship: A Growth Model for Europe beyond the Crisis, Dr. Tataj presents a replicable model how to boost innovation on a global scale. In the Preface Prof. Manuel Castells writes: ‚this is the most innovative book on innovation that will yield much needed policy lessons for the future’.

In 2006 Daria was recognized by the US Department of State and Fortune Magazine as an emerging global woman business leader and invited for a mentoring program with Pat Fili-Krushel, Vice-President of Time Warner. In 2014,  she received a title Creator of Innovation Poland. In 2016, she was invited by Vital Voices Global Partnership to the group of VV100.
